Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love everything you get from Universal Standard, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn and unwashed items. Our Fit Liberty program also allows you to exchange certain items if your size changes within one year of purchase.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a different size through an exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
